When you import your InStar data into the Policy Analyzer, you have the ability to copy records according to a query (generally it would be those marked as "Prospect") to the Prospect Manager.  Then, on the Main Menu, you will have a menu choice called "Prospects".  Click this button to go into the Prospect Manager area of the Policy Analyzer.

Here you will be able to keep notes, do marketing, set recall dates, track where you're at in the sales process and much more!

Simply click the Recall Filter and all of your follow ups show in Recall Date order.  Then just work right down your list.
