Why Should You Own This Program? Here's a Couple of Reasons ...
These are Just Two of Hundreds of Agencies Needing Advanced Reports Not Available In InStar. Add to This All of the InStar Users Who Need Additional Tools Not Available In InStar. Or Who Are Trying to Use Tools In InStar That Just Aren't As Powerful As They Could Be and Are Hindering the Agencies Productivity. Dear Agency Owner, Manager, Agent or CSR: The Policy Analyzer, or whatever name you choose to give it, is a multi-functional, multi-purpose program. While the initial design of the program was to give you a way to thoroughly and completely analyze your book of business, to generate advanced reports and to allow you to develop statistical information, the program has evolved. The new evolution of the program is to fill in the automation gaps not offered by your management system along with taking weak areas in your management system and making them strong. A program like this has been long over due in this industry! Analyzing Your Book of Business, The Initial Foundation To This Program Tom and Jim have both been in the insurance business for many years. Running an agency is not a new venture for either of them. Through trial and error and the school of hard knocks, they, like many other agencies, learned the importance of analyzing their book of business. As they learned, it's from these reports that they are able to see what's really going on in their agency to make important decisions while keeping them on track to create their dream agency. These reports allowed them to stay on top of their producers, producing CSRs, profile their client base, stay on top of what's working for them and equally important what's not working for them. Analyzing their book of business also allows them to see if there's any hiccups in their production and then pinpoint what caused the hiccup so it can be fixed! The problem is, the reports to learn all of this isn't available in InStar or the high majority of other agency management systems (none that I'm familiar with, but I don't intimately know all of the systems)! For 8 years I listened to InStar users ask about management reports and having the ability to create advanced reports. Tom and Jim are just a couple of agencies who need the ability to create these types of reports. Plus, ... In Order For Me To Help Agencies Create Their Dream Agency, I Needed The Ability to Analyze Their Agency and Book of Business When I'm consulting with an agency to help them create their dream agency, I need a way to analyze their Book of Business and their agency to see what's really going on in their agency. It's the only way to effectively make important strategic decisions based upon facts, not speculation. You'd be amazed with how many agency owners don't know what's really going on in their agency or with their book of business, and I'm not one to make important decisions without hard facts. So I needed a way to get these facts. Unfortunately, the reports needed aren't available in InStar. In fact, they're not available in hardly any of the management systems. Management systems offer, for the most part, industry specific reports, not the advanced reports savvy agency owners use to keep their agency focused and profitable. From the necessity of needing advanced reporting and the incredible benefit analyzing your book of business offers you, the Policy Analyzer was born. Myself, along with numerous other InStar users, are sick and tired of spending hours exporting data to Excel and massaging that data to get the numbers we need. With the Policy Analyzer you'll now be able to... ... automatically import your data from InStar (no more exporting to Excel) to analyze your policies and run reports that will show you what's really going on in your agency and where you're loosing money! You'll also find numerous ways to increase your premium.
In Addition to Analyzing Your Book of Business and The Policies That Are Written With Your Agency, The Policy Analyzer Offers 2 More Tools To Help You In Your Agency. With the push of a few buttons you’ll pull your clients, their policies (header information), your carriers along with their additional addresses and plans, and your producers into a custom automation system, The Policy Analyzer. (We can actually pull much more of your data. This is what we currently pull.) The Policy Analyzer has a direct link to your management system. All you have to do is push 1 button for each area (clients, policies, carriers, plans and producers) to pull the data from your management system into the Policy Analyzer. It doesn't get much easier than this! Did you get the point to this? No re-entering of data! Plus, keeping the data in the Policy Analyzer current is just a few clicks as well. If you don't want a specific client or policy updated, you simply put a check in the "Lock" field. Having now captured all of this information from your agency management system, the Policy Analyzer gives you 3 important functions in just one program, picking up where your management system leaves off. Those 3 functions are … 1. Analyzing your book of business, policies and clients, which we talked about already, 2. Mass Emailing with the Email Manager (individual emailing is a standard feature), 3. A powerful MS Word Integration for individual and mass printing, and A Quick Comment About the Two Add-On Tools Available With the Policy Analyzer -- Because all of your clients and policies will be located in the Policy Analyzer it only made sense to kick it up another notch by adding the Email Manager & MS Word Integrator to the program. If you're an InStar user and have ever tried to do a mass email, you found how frustrating it is ... the Email Manager is your solution! These two add-on's are very powerful tools. The Email Manager is extremely powerful while the MS Word Integrator has a very flexible interface with your client & policy information. Make sure to check them out. They are discounted if you include them at the time of purchase! For more information about the add-on modules available, click here.
