What's New With The Policy Analyzer ... 6/10/07 - V.2.1.3 Released There were numerous changes made to the Policy Analyzer in this release. However, likely the most significant change was the addition of the Prospect Manager.
5/18/07 - V.2.1.2 Released By request of a user, added a new report that sub-totals by State, then City, then Zip code.
4/15/07 - V.2.1.0 Released Added a field to count the number of records in query. With v.2.1.1 added ability to export records in query to an Excel spreadsheet to import into another program.
1/10/07 - V.2.0.8 Released Some maintenance fixes and added 2 more renewal calendars.
12/28/06 - V.2.0.7 Released We've just posted our latest release for our users to upgrade their Policy Analyzer system. It includes the new Cross-Selling feature, broadcast faxing and more reports including a policy to insured ratio report to see how you're doing at cross-selling. It also fixes a few minor programming glitches.
12/18/06 - Added Cross-Selling Feature A powerful cross-selling feature has been added. Create a list of insured's with one (or more) LOB's but not another, then send them an individualized letter or email explaining to them the advantages of having the LOB with your agency. This one feature will more than pay for the Policy Analyzer the first time it's used. Let your automation work for you to recoup your automation investment with effective, well planned marketing.

12/14/06 - Broadcast Faxing Added Broadcast and individual faxing has been added to provide an additional way to correspond with your prospects and customers. You'll have the ability to create "individualized" faxes that are broadcasted to the group you select.
11/1/06 - The Sales Assistant Begins Development Development is under way for a new automation system for insurance agencies, the Sales Assistant.
9/6/06 - V.2.0.4 Released. This release adds the ability to silently import your data, 1 button import, a new report and a number of other changes.
9/1/06 - After a year of development, the Policy Analyzer is now available for general release for InStar users. |
