Ordering The Policy Analyzer

You can order by mail in check or pay through PayPal.  With PayPal you can pay by debit card or credit card.  PayPal is the most recognized online payment source in the Internet world.  We've personally been a member of PayPal since 2000.  If you're not a member you can still make a credit card payment.  However, all non-members are limited to only $2,000 per order which is not a problem because we've never had an order that big ... this isn't an expensive program!

If you choose to use PayPal so you use a Credit Card or Debit Card, or simply because you want the program ASAP (you'll receive the program faster using PayPal), we'll email you a PayPal invoice.  You click on the link and it will take you to the PayPal site where you put in your information.  We do not receive your payment information ... just the payment.  PayPal is very secure!

After you've entered all of your information, you can choose to create a PayPal account where PayPal will retain your information.  This is optional!  If you're going to continue purchasing from IAMC which includes the Policy Analyzer add-on's by credit card or debit card, or you plan to make purchases on the Internet you'll probably want to create a full PayPal account.  This only takes a few minutes and is self-explanatory.

Many people already have a PayPal account. If that includes you and you want to use this PayPal account to pay for the Policy Analyzer, please email us the email address tied to your PayPal account.

If you prefer to pay by check we'll email you an order form invoice.  Please include a copy of that with your check.

Additional Information

Once we receive the check (generally 3-7 days after you mail it) or notification of your order from PayPal (immediately to 2 hours after you order) we'll send you the link to download the program.  We'll also email you to determine the best time to install the program for you.

All purchases include 1 hour of training to help you install the program, setup the appropriate drivers and do your first import along with answering any questions you may have.  We recommend you purchase 2 additional hours.  Advanced Training Video's are currently being created.

Refund Policy For The Policy Analyzer

Even though the majority of software companies in this industry don't offer any kind of refund policy, we aim to please and take care of our customers. That's why we offer a refund program for the full Policy Analyzer system and all add-on modules.  We do not offer any refunds for the 30 Day Policy Analyzer Program excluding the next paragraph or on purchased training.

Guarantee #1:  If for any reason the Policy Analyzer isn't able to pull your data as outlined with the Policy Analyzer even after support has worked with you to fix any problems that would stop the Policy Analyzer from pulling your data, you will receive a full refund.  You agree to allow support every effort to fix any problems that will interrupt or affect the Policy Analyzer's ability to pull your data.  This is available for up to 1 year after the purchase date on a depreciation basis.  For example, if you're able to use the Policy Analyzer for 6 months and then something interrupts its ability to pull your data, 6 months is 50% of 12 months which would give you a 50% refund.

Guarantee #2:  Beyond Guarantee #1, anytime in the next 60 days you can receive a refund for any reason on the full Policy Analyzer System (not available with the 30 Day Policy Analyzer System) excluding training.  All refunds will have $75 deducted from the purchase price with the remaining amount mailed to you by check within 3 weeks.
